Our Mission

Convertify was built out of a shared frustration. Creators, developers, and everyday users often find themselves needing to quickly change an image format, only to be forced to navigate bloated websites littered with pop-ups, arbitrary file size limits, and questionable privacy practices. We wanted a better way. Our mission is to provide people everywhere with a lightning-fast, entirely private, and 100% free way to convert images. Because Convertify processes files locally on your machine, there is never a need to upload your intellectual property to unknown external servers.

How It Works

Rather than sending your images to a remote backend processor, Convertify harnesses the power of your modern web browser. Using the HTML5 Canvas API, your browser reads the image locally, draws it invisibly onto a digital canvas, and natively outputs the exact file formats you requested. This completely eliminates server involvement. Not only does this guarantee unparalleled performance unhindered by internet upload speeds, but it prevents any unauthorized access to your files entirely.

Our Privacy Commitment

We respect your right to digital privacy. No images, data, or file metadata are ever transmitted from your device to our systems during the conversion pipeline. Convertify's architecture simply doesn't contain a server capable of intercepting your uploads. Your files belong exclusively to you, before, during, and after the conversion process.
